PullinParking is a digital platform for parking space rentals. It connects Drivers seeking parking with individuals and organizations that have under utilized parking spaces. The service operates via a website offering real-time booking, secure payments, and location-based listings. Hosts (property owners) earn passive income by listing their unused spaces. It is important for us to clearly communicate how we use your information and how we protect your right to privacy.

This Privacy Policy describes how 1181093445 Québec Inc. ("we" or "PullinParking Stationnement Inc.") processes personal information related to your use of the website, applications, and other offerings from PullinParking Stationnement Inc. (collectively, the “PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform”).

Member, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may receive payment information about you. For example, when a Renter uses your payment card to make a reservation. This payment information is requested directly by our payment partner Stripe. Under no circumstances does PullinParking Stationnement Inc. have access to your payment information and therefore cannot store it.

1.2.1 Additional profile information. This may include your gender, preferred language(s), city, and a personal description.

1.2.2 Information about third parties. This may include a payment method, contact details of another person. By providing personal information about others, you certify that you have authorization to provide this information to PullinParking Stationnement Inc. for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and that you have shared PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Privacy Policy with them.

1.2.3 Other information. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may collect this information even if you have not created a PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account and even if you have never logged in.

This may include IP address, hardware and software information, device information, information about events recorded by the device, unique identifiers, crash data, and acknowledgments. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may collect this information even if you have not created a PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account or have never logged in.

1.3.5 Payment transaction information. This may include the payment method used, date and time, payment amount, payment method expiration date, and billing zip code.

2.1 Providing, Improving, and Developing the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may process this information for the following purposes:

Platform for the reasons outlined in the "How PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Uses Collected Information" section of this Policy, including for fraud prevention, security investigations, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, product development, research, analysis, enforcement of our Terms of Use. The reservation and personal data of Renters, including their contact information, may be shared with the Lessor of the parking space subject to a reservation by that Renter, to facilitate rental services, compliance with applicable laws, security, billing, and other services.

3.1.2 Service Providers. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. shares personal data with affiliated and unaffiliated service providers (including their service providers) to assist us in managing our business and for compliance purposes, including those that help us: (i) verify your identity or authenticate your identification documents, (ii) verify information against public databases, (iii) fraud prevention, security investigations, and risk assessments, (iv) develop, maintain, and debug products, (v) enable the provision of PullinParking Stationnement Inc. services via third-party platforms and software tools (e.g., through integration with our APIs), (vi) provide customer support, advertising, or payment services, (vii) offer additional services you select, (viii) process, manage, or evaluate insurance claims or similar claims, or (ix) review, scan, and analyze communications on the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform for certain purposes (such as evidence of child exploitation). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your personal data and have access to your personal data to perform these tasks. They may also disclose it when required by law.

3.3 For What Purposes PullinParking Stationnement Inc. May Transmit Your Information. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may share your information for the following purposes:

Listing pages, which include information such as the approximate or precise description of the parking space location, calendar availability, profile photo, aggregated request information, and additional information you choose to share.

Public comments, ratings, and other remarks.

Content in a community or discussion forum, blog post, or social media article, and content you make available to the public, including details of the listing on third-party sites, platforms, and apps.

3.3.2 Compliance with the Law, Responding to Legal Requests, Preventing Harm, and Protecting Our Rights.

3.3.2(i) Disclosure. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement authorities, governmental or public authorities, tax authorities, authorized third parties, or other Members, if and to the extent PullinParking Stationnement Inc. is required or authorized by law to do so or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with our legal obligations, (ii) comply with a valid court order, such as a subpoena or court order, or to respond to claims against PullinParking Stationnement, (iii) respond to a valid court order in connection with a criminal investigation into alleged or suspected illegal activity, or to respond to or address any other activity that may expose PullinParking Stationnement, you, or any other user to legal or regulatory liability, (iv) enforce and administer our contracts with members, including our Terms of Use, (v) respond to requests from or in connection with current or potential legal claims or proceedings regarding PullinParking Stationnement Inc. and/or third parties, in accordance with applicable law, or (vi) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of PullinParking Stationnement, its employees, members, or the public.

3.3.2(i)(a) To Tax Authorities. When required or permitted by applicable law, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may disclose information about Lessors or Renters to tax authorities or other governmental agencies, depending on your place of residence, so that tax authorities can determine compliance with applicable tax obligations.

3.3.2(i)(b) To Government Authorities for Registrations, Notifications, Authorizations, or License or Number Requests. In jurisdictions where, if applicable, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. encourages or requires an application for registration, notification, authorization, license acquisition, or number from a Lessor with a government authority, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may share information about participating Lessors with the relevant authority, both during the application process and when posting the listing, and periodically thereafter.

3.3.2(ii) Notification. Where applicable and/or if required by law, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may inform Members of the existence of judicial requests, unless: (i) notification is prohibited by the legal process itself, by a court order received by PullinParking Stationnement, or by applicable law, or (ii) PullinParking Stationnement Inc. believes that notification is unnecessary, ineffective, would create a risk of injury or bodily harm to an individual or group, or would create or increase a risk of fraud or harm to PullinParking Stationnement Inc. or our Members, or would expose PullinParking Stationnement Inc. to a charge of obstruction of justice.

3.3.3 Business Transfer. If the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. business undertakes or participates in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset sale, or bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding, it will be entitled to sell, transfer, or share all or part of its assets, including your information related to such transaction or in anticipation of such transaction (e.g., due diligence). In such cases, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. will inform you before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4.2 Terms of Third-Party Services. Some parts of PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may be linked to third-party services. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. does not own or control these third parties. When you interact with these third parties and choose to use their service, you provide them with your information. Your use of these services is subject to the privacy policies of these providers, including, where applicable, the additional Terms of Use for Google Maps/Earth, Google's Privacy Policy, and Stripe's Privacy Policy.

YOUR RIGHTS. Applicable law grants you rights. While some of these rights apply generally, some only apply in limited cases. PullinParking Stationnement Inc.may ask you to confirm your identity before fulfilling your request.

5.1 Access and Portability. You have the right to request certain copies of your personal data in our possession. In some cases, you also have the right to request copies of personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and/or request us to transmit this information to another service provider (if technically feasible).

5.2 Correction. You have the right to request us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data about you (and that you cannot update yourself in your PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account).

For example, if PullinParking Stationnement Inc. suspends a PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account for fraud or security reasons, PullinParking Stationnement may retain the information from that PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account to prevent the Member from opening a new PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account in the future.

5.3.2 Legal, Tax, Reporting, and Audit Obligations. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal, tax, reporting, and audit obligations.

5.3.3 Shared Information. Information you have shared with others, such as comments and posts on forums, may continue to be public on PullinParking Stationnement Inc. even after deletion of your PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account.

5.3.4 Residual Copies. Since PullinParking Stationnement Inc. maintains the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform to protect it from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal data cannot be deleted from our backup systems for a limited period.

5.4 Filing Complaints. You have the right to file a complaint regarding our data processing activities with our Privacy Officer.

Détecter, prévenir, évaluer et traiter la fraude et les risques de sécurité.

Vérifier ou authentifier les informations fournies, y compris les informations d’identité.

Effectuer des vérifications contre des bases de données et autres sources d’information.

Respecter nos obligations légales.

Résoudre les litiges avec nos membres.

Faire respecter nos contrats avec des tiers.

Déterminer l’éligibilité pour certains types de réservations.

Se conformer à la loi, répondre aux demandes légales, prévenir les dommages et protéger nos droits.

Faire respecter nos Conditions d’utilisation.

Dans certains cas, des processus automatisés peuvent analyser votre compte et vos activités, ainsi que les informations collectées sur et en dehors de la plateforme, et restreindre ou suspendre votre accès si ces processus détectent une activité présentant un risque pour PullinParking, notre communauté ou un tiers. Pour contester ces décisions, veuillez contacter le support.

2.3 Fourniture, personnalisation, évaluation et amélioration de notre publicité et marketing. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. traite ces informations pour:

Envoyer des messages promotionnels et marketing, et autres informations.

Afficher, personnaliser, évaluer et améliorer nos publicités sur les plateformes publicitaires.

Gérer programmes de parrainage, récompenses, sondages, concours et promotions.

Analyser les caractéristiques et préférences pour envoyer des messages promotionnels pertinents.

Vous inviter à des événements ou opportunités pertinentes.

2.4 Analyse et partage de vos communications. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peut consulter, examiner ou analyser vos communications sur la plateforme pour les raisons indiquées, y compris la prévention de la fraude, enquêtes de sécurité, évaluations des risques, conformité réglementaire, développement de produits, recherche et application des conditions d’utilisation.

2.5 Fourniture de services de paiement. Les données personnelles sont utilisées pour permettre ou autoriser des tiers à utiliser nos services de paiement, y compris:

3.1 Avec qui PullinParking Stationnement Inc. partage les informations. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peut partager vos informations avec:

3.1.1 Propriétaire de l’espace de stationnement. Les données de réservation et personnelles des locataires peuvent être partagées avec le propriétaire pour faciliter les services de location, conformité légale, sécurité, facturation et autres services.

3.1.2 Fournisseurs de services. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. partage les données personnelles avec des fournisseurs affiliés et non affiliés pour gérer nos activités et respecter la loi, notamment pour : vérification d’identité, prévention de fraude, enquêtes de sécurité, développement et maintenance de produits, support client, publicité et services de paiement, gestion de réclamations d’assurance, analyse de communications à des fins légales.

3.3 Finalités du partage des informations. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peut partager vos informations pour:

3.3.1 Création de votre profil public. Les informations partagées publiquement peuvent être indexées par des moteurs de recherche tiers.

3.3.2 Respect de la loi, réponses aux demandes légales, prévention des dommages et protection de nos droits. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peut divulguer vos informations aux tribunaux, autorités publiques, fiscales, tiers autorisés ou autres membres si requis ou autorisé par la loi, pour : respecter obligations légales, répondre à une ordonnance judiciaire valide, protéger la sécurité et les droits de PullinParking, ses employés, membres ou du public.

3.3.2(i) Divulgation. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peut divulguer vos informations aux tribunaux, autorités policières, autorités gouvernementales ou publiques, administrations fiscales, tiers autorisés ou autres membres, si et dans la mesure où PullinParking Stationnement Inc. y est tenu ou autorisé par la loi, ou lorsque la divulgation est raisonnablement nécessaire pour : (i) respecter nos obligations légales, (ii) se conformer à une ordonnance judiciaire valide, telle qu’une assignation ou ordonnance du tribunal, ou pour répondre à des réclamations contre PullinParking Stationnement, (iii) répondre à une ordonnance judiciaire valide dans le cadre d’une enquête pénale concernant une activité illégale présumée ou suspectée, ou pour répondre à toute autre activité pouvant exposer PullinParking Stationnement, vous-même, ou tout autre utilisateur à une responsabilité légale ou réglementaire, (iv) appliquer et administrer nos contrats avec les membres, y compris nos Conditions d’Utilisation, (v) répondre à des demandes liées à des réclamations ou procédures légales en cours ou potentielles concernant PullinParking Stationnement Inc. et/ou des tiers, conformément à la loi applicable, ou (vi) protéger les droits, biens ou sécurité personnelle de PullinParking Stationnement, de ses employés, membres ou du public.

3.3.2(i)(a) Aux autorités fiscales. Lorsque requis ou permis par la loi applicable, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peut divulguer des informations sur les bailleurs ou locataires aux autorités fiscales ou autres organismes gouvernementaux, selon votre lieu de résidence, afin que les autorités fiscales puissent vérifier le respect des obligations fiscales applicables.

3.3.2(i)(b) Aux autorités gouvernementales pour enregistrements, notifications, autorisations ou demandes de licence ou de numéro. Dans les juridictions où PullinParking Stationnement Inc. encourage ou exige la demande d’enregistrement, notification, autorisation, obtention de licence ou numéro d’un bailleur auprès d’une autorité gouvernementale, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peut partager les informations concernant les bailleurs participants avec l’autorité compétente, à la fois pendant le processus de demande et lors de la publication de l’annonce, et périodiquement par la suite.

3.3.2(ii) Notification. Lorsque applicable et/ou si requis par la loi, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peut informer les membres de l’existence de demandes judiciaires, sauf si : (i) la notification est interdite par le processus légal lui-même, par une ordonnance judiciaire reçue par PullinParking Stationnement, ou par la loi applicable, ou (ii) PullinParking Stationnement Inc. estime que la notification est inutile, inefficace, pourrait créer un risque de blessure corporelle ou nuire à un individu ou groupe, ou augmenter un risque de fraude ou de préjudice pour PullinParking Stationnement Inc. ou ses membres, ou exposer PullinParking Stationnement Inc. à une accusation d’entrave à la justice.

3.3.3 Transfert d’entreprise. Si l’entreprise PullinParking Stationnement Inc. entreprend ou participe à une fusion, acquisition, restructuration, vente d’actifs, ou procédure de faillite ou d’insolvabilité, elle pourra vendre, transférer ou partager tout ou partie de ses actifs, y compris vos informations liées à cette transaction ou en anticipation de celle-ci (par ex., due diligence). Dans ce cas, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. vous informera avant que vos données personnelles soient transférées et soumises à une politique de confidentialité différente.

4.2 Conditions des services tiers. Certaines parties de PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peuvent être liées à des services tiers. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. ne possède ni ne contrôle ces tiers. Lorsque vous interagissez avec ces services et choisissez de les utiliser, vous leur fournissez vos informations. Votre utilisation de ces services est régie par les politiques de confidentialité de ces prestataires, y compris, le cas échéant, les Conditions d’Utilisation supplémentaires pour Google Maps/Earth, la Politique de confidentialité de Google et la Politique de confidentialité de Stripe.

VOS DROITS. La loi applicable vous accorde des droits. Certains s’appliquent généralement, d’autres seulement dans certains cas. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peut vous demander de confirmer votre identité avant de donner suite à votre demande.

5.1 Accès et portabilité. Vous avez le droit de demander certaines copies de vos données personnelles en notre possession. Dans certains cas, vous pouvez également demander que vos données personnelles soient fournies dans un format structuré, couramment utilisé et lisible par machine, et/ou demander leur transmission à un autre fournisseur de services (si techniquement possible).

5.2 Correction. Vous avez le droit de demander la correction de données personnelles inexactes ou incomplètes vous concernant (que vous ne pouvez pas mettre à jour vous-même dans votre compte PullinParking Stationnement Inc.).

5.3 Suppression. En général, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. conserve vos données personnelles tant que nécessaire pour exécuter notre contrat avec vous et respecter nos obligations légales. Vous pouvez demander leur suppression (sous certaines limitations). Notez que si vous demandez la suppression :

5.3.1 Intérêts légitimes. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peut conserver vos données pour des intérêts légitimes, par ex., prévention du blanchiment d’argent, détection et prévention de fraudes, amélioration de la sécurité.

5.3.2 Obligations légales, fiscales, de reporting et d’audit. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. peut conserver et utiliser vos données dans la mesure nécessaire pour se conformer à nos obligations légales, fiscales, de reporting et d’audit.

5.3.3 Informations partagées. Les informations que vous avez partagées avec d’autres, telles que commentaires et publications, peuvent rester publiques même après suppression de votre compte.

5.3.4 Copies résiduelles. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. conserve des copies résiduelles pour protéger la plateforme contre toute perte ou destruction accidentelle ou malveillante.

5.4 Dépôt de plaintes. Vous pouvez déposer une plainte concernant notre traitement des données auprès de notre responsable de la confidentialité.

MODIFICATIONS DE CETTE POLITIQUE DE CONFIDENTIALITÉ. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. se réserve le droit de modifier cette politique à tout moment conformément à la loi. En cas de modifications importantes, nous solliciterons votre consentement. Si vous n’acceptez pas, vous pouvez désactiver votre compte.

QUI EST RESPONSABLE DU TRAITEMENT DE MES DONNÉES PERSONNELLES. Les termes « PullinParking Stationnement », « nous », « notre » ou « nos » désignent la société 1181093445 Québec Inc. La personne responsable de vos informations selon cette politique (le « Responsable de la confidentialité ») est indiquée en Annexe 1.

CONSERVATION. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. conserve les données personnelles aussi longtemps que nécessaire ou permis par la loi, selon les critères suivants :

Durée de votre relation avec PullinParking Stationnement Inc. en tant que membre.

Obligations légales, par ex., conservation des transactions pour la lutte contre le blanchiment.

Intérêt pour protéger notre position légale ou la sécurité des individus (statuts de limitations, litiges, enquêtes réglementaires).

DÉFINITIONS. Les termes non définis dans cette politique ont la même signification que dans nos Conditions d’Utilisation.
