PullinParking is a digital platform for parking space rentals. It connects Drivers seeking parking with individuals and organizations that have under utilized parking spaces. The service operates via a website offering real-time booking, secure payments, and location-based listings. Hosts (property owners) earn passive income by listing their unused spaces. It is important for us to clearly communicate how we use your information and how we protect your right to privacy.

This Privacy Policy describes how 1181093445 Québec Inc. ("we" or "PullinParking Stationnement Inc.") processes personal information related to your use of the website, applications, and other offerings from PullinParking Stationnement Inc. (collectively, the “PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform”).

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY PullinParking Stationnement Inc.

1.1 Information necessary to use the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. collects personal information about you when you use thePullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform. Without this information, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. is unable to provide you with all requested services. This information includes:

1.1.1 Contact and account information. Your first name, last name, phone number, email address, and license plate number.

1.1.2 Identification information. If applicable, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may ask for your postal address, date of birth, a photo of your official identification (in accordance with applicable law), or other information to verify your identity, and/or a photo of you when PullinParking Stationnement Inc. verifies your identification. If you provide us with a copy of your identification, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. will collect information about your identification.

1.1.3 Payment information. This may include information about your payment card or bank account. If you are not a PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Member, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may receive payment information about you. For example, when a Renter uses your payment card to make a reservation. This payment information is requested directly by our payment partner Stripe. Under no circumstances does PullinParking Stationnement Inc. have access to your payment information and therefore cannot store it.

1.2 Information you choose to provide us. You may choose to provide us with additional personal information, including the following:

1.2.1 Additional profile information. This may include your gender, preferred language(s), city, and a personal description.

1.2.2 Information about third parties. This may include a payment method, contact details of another person. By providing personal information about others, you certify that you have authorization to provide this information to PullinParking Stationnement Inc. for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and that you have shared PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Privacy Policy with them.

1.2.3 Other information. This may include information provided when you fill out a form, add information to your account, respond to surveys, post in community forums, participate in promotions, communicate with PullinParking Stationnement Inc. support, import or manually enter contacts from your address book, provide your address and/or geographic location, or share your experience with us.

Platform, and other actions taken on the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform, including pages or content you view and links you click to access third-party apps. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may collect this information even if you have not created a PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account and even if you have never logged in.

This may include IP address, hardware and software information, device information, information about events recorded by the device, unique identifiers, crash data, and acknowledgments. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may collect this information even if you have not created a PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account or have never logged in.

1.3.4 Cookies and similar technologies.

1.3.5 Payment transaction information. This may include the payment method used, date and time, payment amount, payment method expiration date, and billing zip code.

1.4 Information collected from third parties. We may collect personal information from other sources, including the following:

1.4.1 Third-party applications. If you choose to link, log in, or access the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform with a third-party service (such as Google, Facebook, or Apple), you request that service to send us information such as your registration number and profile information in accordance with the control settings of that service or as authorized by you in the privacy settings for that service. If you choose to associate a smart lock with your PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may collect information about the smart device, such as information or events recorded and device information.

1.4.2 Persons lodging claims. If a Member or third party lodges a claim against you, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may receive information about the claim filed in order to understand and, if necessary, process it.

1.4.3 Financial institutions. In certain cases, if you choose to pay with funds from your bank account, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may receive certain information from your financial institution, such as your bank details and your account balance.

PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may receive information about you and your activities collected on or off the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform, including from Members, members of the public, or governmental, public, or tax authorities, or about your experiences and interactions with our partners.

HOW PullinParking Stationnement Inc. USES THE COLLECTED INFORMATION

2.1 Providing, Improving, and Developing the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may process this information for the following purposes:

Allowing you to access the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform and make and receive payments.

Processing your requests.

Conducting analysis, debugging, and research.

Developing and improving our products and services.

Training customer support staff.

Analyzing characteristics and preferences to send you promotional and marketing messages, advertisements, and other information that may interest you.

2.4 Analyzing and Sharing Your Communications. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may consult, review, or analyze your communications on the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform for the reasons outlined in the "How PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Uses Collected Information" section of this Policy, including for fraud prevention, security investigations, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, product development, research, analysis, enforcement of our Terms of Use. In some cases, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may also review, verify, or analyze messages for debugging, improving, and extending the offered products. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. uses automated methods where reasonably possible. However, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may occasionally manually review certain communications, for example, for fraud investigations and customer support or to evaluate and improve the features of these automated tools. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. does not scan, scrape, or analyze your communications to send you third-party marketing messages and does not sell feedback or analyses of such communications. 3.1.1 Parking Space Lessor. The reservation and personal data of Renters, including their contact information, may be shared with the Lessor of the parking space subject to a reservation by that Renter, to facilitate rental services, compliance with applicable laws, security, billing, and other services.

3.1.2 Service Providers. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. shares personal data with affiliated and unaffiliated service providers (including their service providers) to assist us in managing our business and for compliance purposes, including those that help us: (i) verify your identity or authenticate your identification documents, (ii) verify information against public databases, (iii) fraud prevention, security investigations, and risk assessments, (iv) develop, maintain, and debug products, (v) enable the provision of PullinParking Stationnement Inc. services via third-party platforms and software tools (e.g., through integration with our APIs), (vi) provide customer support, advertising, or payment services, (vii) offer additional services you select, (viii) process, manage, or evaluate insurance claims or similar claims, or (ix) review, scan, and analyze communications on the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform for certain purposes (such as evidence of child exploitation). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your personal data and have access to your personal data to perform these tasks. They may also disclose it when required by law.

3.3 For What Purposes PullinParking Stationnement Inc. May Transmit Your Information. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may share your information for the following purposes:

3.3.1 Creating Your Public Profile. Information you share publicly on the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform may be indexed through third-party search engines. In some cases, you may be able to disable this sharing in your account settings. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may make certain information publicly visible to others, such as:

Your profile and account information and related information.

Listing pages, which include information such as the approximate or precise description of the parking space location, calendar availability, profile photo, aggregated request information, and additional information you choose to share.

Public comments, ratings, and other remarks.

Content in a community or discussion forum, blog post, or social media article, and content you make available to the public, including details of the listing on third-party sites, platforms, and apps.

3.3.2 Compliance with the Law, Responding to Legal Requests, Preventing Harm, and Protecting Our Rights.

3.3.2(i) Disclosure. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement authorities, governmental or public authorities, tax authorities, authorized third parties, or other Members, if and to the extent PullinParking Stationnement Inc. is required or authorized by law to do so or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with our legal obligations, (ii) comply with a valid court order, such as a subpoena or court order, or to respond to claims against PullinParking Stationnement, (iii) respond to a valid court order in connection with a criminal investigation into alleged or suspected illegal activity, or to respond to or address any other activity that may expose PullinParking Stationnement, you, or any other user to legal or regulatory liability, (iv) enforce and administer our contracts with members, including our Terms of Use, (v) respond to requests from or in connection with current or potential legal claims or proceedings regarding PullinParking Stationnement Inc. and/or third parties, in accordance with applicable law, or (vi) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of PullinParking Stationnement, its employees, members, or the public.

3.3.2(i)(a) To Tax Authorities. When required or permitted by applicable law, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may disclose information about Lessors or Renters to tax authorities or other governmental agencies, depending on your place of residence, so that tax authorities can determine compliance with applicable tax obligations.

3.3.2(i)(b) To Government Authorities for Registrations, Notifications, Authorizations, or License or Number Requests. In jurisdictions where, if applicable, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. encourages or requires an application for registration, notification, authorization, license acquisition, or number from a Lessor with a government authority, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may share information about participating Lessors with the relevant authority, both during the application process and when posting the listing, and periodically thereafter.

3.3.2(ii) Notification. Where applicable and/or if required by law, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may inform Members of the existence of judicial requests, unless: (i) notification is prohibited by the legal process itself, by a court order received by PullinParking Stationnement, or by applicable law, or (ii) PullinParking Stationnement Inc. believes that notification is unnecessary, ineffective, would create a risk of injury or bodily harm to an individual or group, or would create or increase a risk of fraud or harm to PullinParking Stationnement Inc. or our Members, or would expose PullinParking Stationnement Inc. to a charge of obstruction of justice.

3.3.3 Business Transfer. If the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. business undertakes or participates in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset sale, or bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding, it will be entitled to sell, transfer, or share all or part of its assets, including your information related to such transaction or in anticipation of such transaction (e.g., due diligence). In such cases, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. will inform you before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

PARTNERSHIPS AND INTEGRATIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES

The publication and display of information you provide to the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform through this link are governed by your settings and permissions on the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform and the third-party service.

4.2 Terms of Third-Party Services. Some parts of PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may be linked to third-party services. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. does not own or control these third parties. When you interact with these third parties and choose to use their service, you provide them with your information. Your use of these services is subject to the privacy policies of these providers, including, where applicable, the additional Terms of Use for Google Maps/Earth, Google's Privacy Policy, and Stripe's Privacy Policy.

YOUR RIGHTS. Applicable law grants you rights. While some of these rights apply generally, some only apply in limited cases. PullinParking Stationnement Inc.may ask you to confirm your identity before fulfilling your request.

5.1 Access and Portability. You have the right to request certain copies of your personal data in our possession. In some cases, you also have the right to request copies of personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and/or request us to transmit this information to another service provider (if technically feasible).

5.2 Correction. You have the right to request us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data about you (and that you cannot update yourself in your PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account).

5.3 Deletion. In general, PullinParking Stationnement Inc. retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill our contract with you, and to comply with our legal obligations. You have the right to request us to delete your personal data (subject to certain limitations and restrictions). Note that if you request us to erase your personal data:

5.3.1 Legitimate Business Interests. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may retain your personal data when our legitimate business interests require it, such as for preventing money laundering, detecting and preventing fraud, and improving security. For example, if PullinParking Stationnement Inc. suspends a PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account for fraud or security reasons, PullinParking Stationnement may retain the information from that PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account to prevent the Member from opening a new PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account in the future.

5.3.2 Legal, Tax, Reporting, and Audit Obligations. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. may retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal, tax, reporting, and audit obligations.

5.3.3 Shared Information. Information you have shared with others, such as comments and posts on forums, may continue to be public on PullinParking Stationnement Inc. even after deletion of your PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account.

5.3.4 Residual Copies. Since PullinParking Stationnement Inc. maintains the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform to protect it from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal data cannot be deleted from our backup systems for a limited period.

5.4 Filing Complaints. You have the right to file a complaint regarding our data processing activities with our Privacy Officer.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with applicable law. If we do so, we will publish the revised Privacy Policy and update the "last updated" date at the top. In the event of significant changes, we will seek your consent to the new Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the revised Privacy Policy, you may choose not to accept it and deactivate your account. If you accept the revised Privacy Policy, your continued access to the PullinParking Stationnement Inc. Platform or your use thereof will be governed by the revised Privacy Policy.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. The terms "PullinParking Stationnement," "we," "our," or "us" as used in this subsection refer to the 1181093445 Québec Inc. company. The person responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Officer") is indicated in Annex 1.

RETENTION. PullinParking Stationnement Inc. retains personal data for as long as necessary or as permitted by law for the purposes for which it was obtained and in accordance with applicable law. Here are some criteria used to determine the retention period:

The duration for which PullinParking Stationnement Inc. maintains a relationship with you as a Member and provides you with access to PullinParking Stationnement Inc. services (for example, as long as you have a PullinParking Stationnement Inc. account or continue to use PullinParking Stationnement).

If there is a legal obligation to which PullinParking Stationnement Inc. is subject (for example, certain laws, such as anti-money laundering requirements, require PullinParking Stationnement Inc. to retain records of your transactions for a certain period before they can be deleted).

And/or if retention is desirable considering our legal position or to protect the security of individuals (for example, regarding applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).

DEFINITIONS. Terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the same definition as indicated in our Terms of Use.
