How can I add my parking spot?
Scroll to "How This Works" and click on "Post a Listing". Enter the required information and it's done!
Are there any fees associated with using the platform?
There are no fees for creating your account and listing your parking space. Transaction and service fees only apply to your reservations. The 25% service fee covers the operation and maintenance of the platform, as well as access to tools that allow you to track your reservations in real-time, PullinParking's customer service, and advertising campaigns aimed at optimizing the profitability of your space. The 6% transaction fee on the amount paid by the driver is used to cover credit card payment fees.
Why isn't my spot available to other users as soon as I put it online
There is a 24-hour approval delay for internal approval. Your spot will be online after this delay.
How are payments made?
All transactions are processed through our payment partner, Stripe. The revenue from your rentals will be deposited directly into your account 24 hours after the start of the reservation.
How do I know who has booked my parking space?
You can consult the list of current and future reservations in real-time via our "Inbox". You can also consult the list of vehicles present in real-time in your parking space. To access it, login.
Can I edit the information about my spot?
You can edit your spot's description, photos, base price and availabilities. These changes will take effect for any future reservations. It is your responsibility to honour any reservations that have been made as per the previous terms.
Can I only allow long term bookings for my space?
Yes, it is possible to post a space that is only available for long term rentals.
As a business, can I list parking spots?
Yes you can, posting your parking spot for rent is a good way to generate a new source of earnings.
Who is responsible for maintaining my parking space?
PullinParking Stationnement handles the rental of your space and customer service. However, it is the owner's responsibility to ensure the space is maintained and accessible at all times during the rental periods, including snow removal when necessary.
What happens if a car is damaged in my parking lot?
Users park and drive through the Parking Spaces at their own risks and perils. PullinParking and the parking owner are not liable for any damage or theft that could occur to a User’s vehicle or its content. The price paid to rent Parking Spaces through PullinParking is for parking rental only, not as deposit or surveillance fee. PullinParking only offers parking rental as agent, excluding any surveillance services.
How do I change my parking rates?
To change your parking rate, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account via the PullinParking Stationnement website using your login and password.
- Go to the "Your Listings" section and scroll to the parking lot you wish to modify. Select "Edit listing"
- Here you'll be able to change the base price and other parameters related to the pricing of your parking. Please note that pricing changes will take effect for future reservations.
Reservations that have already been confirmed or made will still be billed at the rates originally set. By adjusting your parking rates, you can better respond to market demand and optimize your revenues.
How do I remove my parking from the application?
To remove your parking space from the application:
- Go to your customer area on the PullinParking website section "Your Listings"
- Click on the tab at the top right of the listing image and then select "Close Listing". After completing this action, your parking space will be taken offline.
Please note that if you have any current or future reservations, you must inform us and wait for us to call up the reservations. Once this has been done, you will be able to delete your account.
How can I find out for which vehicle my parking space has been reserved?
To find out for which vehicle my parking space has been reserved, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account via our website.
- Access your "Inbox" and the "As a listing author" tab. Consult the list of current and future reservations, which will provide you with details of reservations made for your parking space.
How do I cancel a reservation in my space?
You cannot cancel a reservation yourself. Please provide us with the reservation number you wish to cancel and we will take care of the request.
What should I do if a vehicle is illegally parked in my lot?
Please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can take the necessary steps to move the vehicle.
How can I contact a driver about their reservation?
Management and communication with motorists is included in our services, please contact our customer service department by e-mail: pullinparkinghelp@gmail.com or by telephone at 438-993-7906.
What happens if a vehicle stays in my parking lot beyond its reservation?
If a vehicle occupies your parking lot after its reservation has ended, please contact our customer service department at email: pullinparkinghelp@gmail.com or call us: 438-993-7906. Our support team will intervene promptly to resolve the situation.
When will I receive the income from my bookings?
Payments are processed automatically and transferred to your account within 5 to 7 working days after the end of each booking. You can view your payment details in your “Account settings” area.
Is my bank/credit card information secure?
Yes, all transactions on https://pullinparkingstationnement.mysharetribe.com/ are carried out via the Stripe platform. We do not store any bank or credit card details.
How do I reset my owner password / I forgot my password?
Go to https://pullinparkingstationnement.mysharetribe.com/ and click on the "Account Settings" tab and the Top-right button Click on "Password". Choose a new secure password. Save the changes and your password will be reset.
Can I list a parking spot that requires a resident-only parking sticker?
No, you cannot list any parking spot that requires a resident-only parking sticker for someone to legally park there. Our platform is only for privately-owned or permitted spots where guests can legally park without facing fines or towing. Always ensure your spot complies with local parking regulations.
How much should I price my parking spot (hourly, daily, monthly)?
Here's a general guideline to help you get started:

Hourly: Downtown / high-demand areas: $3–$5/hour. Residential neighbourhoods: $1.50–$3/hour.

Daily: Downtown: $15–$25/day. Outside core / residential: $8–$15/day.

Monthly: Indoor & central locations: $200–$350/month. Outdoor / residential areas: $100–$200/month.
We recommend looking at nearby parking listings to stay competitive. You can always adjust your rate based on availability and how quickly your spot gets booked.
