Can I leave and come back during my reservation period?
Yes, you can leave and come back as much as you want during your reservation period.
For indoor parking spots, please contact your parking provider for access instructions. Note that some spaces do not permit in-and-out privileges. If this applies, it will be clearly stated in the parking details.
How do I book a parking spot?
You can book a parking spot using our website. You will need your smartphone to access indoor parking spots or spots with valet service.
How do I know if a parking spot is available?
If you are unable to book the parking spot for a specific date or time, it is not available for rental for the period sought. If the parking spot is free to book, it is available.
When is payment taken for monthly subscriptions?
Payment for monthly subscriptions is taken on the day of the subscription start, and on the first day of each following month for any such month.
Is the price indicated the price paid?
Yes. Our prices include all taxes and fees. An additional fee is applied to the credit card payment.
What is the duration of monthly payments?
Monthly payments on PullinParking are for a minimum duration of 1 month and a maximum duration of 12 months.
How do I sign up?
To create an account please follow these steps:
- You can register directly from the PullinParking application available on https://pullinparkingstationnement.mysharetribe.com/
- Provide the required information (email, first name, last name, phone number) then click on the "Login" tab to create your account.
How can I ask a question about the spot I would like to book?

How can I book a monthly subscription?
On the website, once you’ve entered your destination, you will be prompted to enter the duration of your stay.
Can I add time to my reservation?
Yes. In the "Browse Listings" tab select the listing, go to request to book and select it. Enter the desired end date and time.
The modification is not guaranteed and could be refused if parking is no longer available or if it has already been booked by another user.
What happens if I go over my booking time?
If the spot is still available, you can extend the duration of your reservation. The extension is not guaranteed and could be refused if parking is no longer available or if it has already been booked by another user. If you don't extend your reservation you must collect your vehicle before the deadline otherwise you will be towed and pay a penalty.
What is the cancellation policy?
A booking may be cancelled on the following conditions:
Fixed-term bookings:
- Within 10 minutes after making the reservation: no fee (0$)
- More than 24 hours before the booking starts: 20% fee or credit (i) a refund on the method of payment used by the driver, minus a cancellation fee equal to 20%; OR (ii) a refund equal to 100% of the transaction amount in credits for any future booking.
Less than 24 hours before the booking starts: 50% fee
- a refund equal to the transaction amount in credits for any future booking, minus service fees equal to 50% of such amount.
After the booking starts: 100% fee no refund.
Monthly Subscriptions: For all monthly subscription cancellations, there is no refund for the current month. The following months may be cancelled on the following conditions:
- Within 10 minutes after making the reservation: no fee (0$).
- More than 15 days before the renewal date of the subscription for the next month: No fee.
- Between 15 and 5 days before the renewal date of the subscription for the next month: 20% of the cost of the next month will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Less than 5 days before the renewal date of the subscription for the next month: 50% of the cost of the next month will be charged as a cancellation fee.
What happens during snowstorms?
The owner or lessor of the parking lot is responsible for maintaining the parking lot and ensuring that it is accessible at all times during the rental. When a snow loading operation is necessary, we may ask you to move your vehicle for the duration of the operation.
How do I pay for a parking spot?
Once you’ve chosen your parking spot, you can safely pay with a credit card.
Is my credit card information protected?
Yes, all transactions on https://pullinparkingstationnement.mysharetribe.com/ are processed by Stripe. We do not retain any credit information on our end.
Can I use different credit cards for my subscriptions?
Although you can change the card to be used for payment of subscriptions at any time, only one credit card can be used at a time. So all your subscriptions will be charged to the same card.
How do I find my parking address?
- Open the PullinParkingStationnement application on your mobile device or computer.
- Go to the "Inbox" tab.
- Select "As a Customer".
- Follow directions provided as well as on map.
Select the "Directions" button.
I can't reserve a parking space?
If you're having trouble reserving a parking space, there may be several reasons:
- The parking lot may be full for the period you are looking for.
- The owner of the parking lot may have issued a specific schedule making the lot unavailable at certain times.
I can't shorten my reservation?
Once your booking has started, you cannot shorten it.
I can't extend my reservation?
Reservation extensions are not guaranteed if the space has already been reserved by another user, and may be refused if parking is not available.
How to access my reservations / I can't find my reservation?
To access your reservations, follow these steps: Open the PullinParkingStationnement application on your mobile device or computer. Go to the "Inbox" tab. Choose the "As a customer" tab.
How to cancel a current reservation?
Please note that once your reservation has started, it is no longer possible to cancel it. We encourage you to carefully review the details of your reservation before confirming it.
